Watch Repairs & Service
With our roots in the manufacture of precious metal jewellery and diamond-cut watch bracelets, Creative Watch Company, is more than just a retail operation. We have our own workshop connected to our watch showroom in Birmingham where watch repairs and servicing are carried out.
We can replace batteries, watch parts, straps and bracelets and get to the bottom of faults that might perplex less specialist watch repair operations.
As authorised dealers for the brands we represent, we have access to watch parts and watch servicing departments for all of the watches purchased from our site or our Birmingham showroom.
So no matter how long ago you purchased your watch from us, we’ll aim to get it fixed for you and back in tip-top condition.
And even if you didn’t buy it from Creative Watch Company, we’ll still aim to service or repair your watch, confident that you’ll be delighted with the care and attention that we’ll apply to the task. For watch service, watch repairs, watch parts quotation requests, simply fill out the "Brand Maintenance Form" below, and we will progress it from there.
